Individual skills development can be enhanced through coaching and/or by means of an excellent on-line skill development program that you can follow at your own pace.

To address the needs of organizations, Lee works with Alison Atkins, Gaetane Lemieux and Karen Switzer-Howse to assess your needs, design a package of services that address these needs and deliver the program that you want. The program may include training, facilitation and consulting along with coaching.
